We first reviewed Micro Bakery & Kitchen back in 2019, when it was still a hole-in-the-wall bakery that had taken over from The Bakery By Woodlands Sourdough. Even then, it was clear the team had something special going—a humble neighbourhood bakery committed to making everything in-house, from sourdough loaves to pastries.
