To be honest, yong tau foo was never a dish I would willingly choose when eating out. I’ve had many disappointing bowls, whether due to ingredients that lacked freshness or bland soup bases that left me feeling underwhelmed. That all changed, however, when we visited one of the most popular yong tau foo spots in Singapore, Jason Niang Dou Fu at Beach Road.
