Man seen washing motorcycle at handicapped toilet stall in Kent Ridge Park

The National Parks Board (NParks) is looking into the case of a man who washed a motorcycle at a toilet in Kent Ridge Park.

The clip, posted by @sgfollowsall.backup on Instagram on 29 July, showed the vehicle parked inside a handicapped stall.

The man, who was wearing a white T-shirt and black pants, was spraying water from a bidet hose at the Singapore-registered motorcycle.

An amused man recording the video was heard asking him what he was doing, but he just laughed.
