Annual tradition of man crying during national anthem continues at NDP 2026

The unofficial National Day Parade (NDP) tradition has returned for another year, after a man in the crowd was spotted crying during the national anthem at NDP 2026.

Ever since the trend supposedly began in 2022, Singaporeans have been on the lookout for these patriotic attendees who would tear up on the nation’s big day.
