Keming Bing Sat, the Hong Kong-famous cha chaan teng that had Singaporeans queueing up for up to two hours just to get a seat, is opening its third Singapore location at Tampines 1 this July. Eagle-eyed shoppers have spotted the storefront on Level 2, nestled between Chagee and Sushiro.

The brand already has two outlets here—at Plaza Singapura and Funan Mall—and with 140 outlets worldwide, the credentials speak for themselves.
