HONG KONG, Sept 3 : Chinese AI startup Moonshot has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong initial public offering, joining a slew of domestic and global rivals in pursuing a public listing, said three people with knowledge of the matter.

The company is targeting to raise $3 billion in the offering, one of them said.
