Best Western food stalls in Singapore

If you want to revisit your childhood, head down to any of these best Western food stalls for your lunchtime fix. Some of these have been around for decades! They offer everything from old-school chicken chops to sizeable fish and chips. 

1. Pang Pang Western Food

Two brothers run Pang Pang Western Food at Marine Parade Central Market & Food Centre, with 15 years of experience in three famous chains: Astons, iSTEAKS, and COLLIN’S. The hawker stall opened in May 2024 with an extensive menu that sees more than 15 items. Of the lot, our favourite was the Chicken Chop ($8), featuring pasta and coleslaw—our two choices of sides—and BBQ sauce for the grilled chicken chop. The meat was tender with a nice char, pairing well with the rich and sweet sauce. If you don’t mind spending more, try the Ribeye Steak ($15) instead; we recommend the mushroom sauce for a creamier texture and more robust flavour.
