The concept is refreshingly simple: just one set meal ($27.90++) featuring three 90g patties made from 100% beef, freshly ground in-store and grilled over binchotan charcoal. The patties arrive one by one, served sizzling hot so you can eat them at their absolute peak. They come alongside unlimited rice, miso soup, ponzu, grated daikon, pickles, and a raw egg to customise your experience.
