1. Brooos & Co by JWC
If there’s one cafe that puts Taman Pelangi on the JB cafe-hopping map, it’s Brooos & Co by JWC. Opened by the team behind JWC The Factory 30, the concept is deceptively simple: an ’80s American retro office, right down to the filing cabinets repurposed as a bar.
There’s a good selection of innovative, caffeinated drinks here, including the signature Please Chill (RM18++), which comprises milk, espresso, and pistachio paste. Other must-tries are the Coconut Latte (RM18++) and Cacao Coffee Martini (RM40++), a cheeky tipple perfect for weekend brunch. Matcha and specialty filters are available, too! If you’re here for the food, the cafe offers pasta mains, tacos, burgers, and hearty brunch plates, alongside a small range of desserts.
